Leading Bournemouth based law firm Steele Raymond LLP has recently promoted Nick Davies from Senior Associate to Partner.

Nick is a company/commercial lawyer advising on a wide range of commercial matters including acquisitions and disposals of private companies, management buy-outs and buy-ins and joint ventures.  Nick also advises individuals in relation to corporate matters including shareholder, partnership and LLP agreements, share options and other corporate constitutional documents.
