Position and specialisations
Craig is a Partner in the Company/Commercial Department and a member of the Management Committee. Craig is experienced in dealing with a wide variety of company & commercial law transactions including acquisitions & disposals, reorganisations, share schemes and commercial contracts. He also advises clients on business and company structures to assist with succession planning and employee incentivisation.

Education and career
He initially joined the firm in September 1998 as a result of the Steele Raymond Bursary and Placement Award and worked within the firm until July 1999. He subsequently completed his degree in Business Law at Bournemouth University with First Class Honours and his post-graduate studies at UWE, Bristol. He rejoined the firm in September 2001, qualified as a solicitor in March 2003, became an associate in November 2006, was promoted to Senior Associate in February 2011 and then became a Partner in December 2011.

Craig was born in 1978, is married and lives in Bournemouth. His leisure interests include skiing, snowboarding and boating.
