Lindsey Watkin is a partner and Head of the Commercial Property Department. She specialises in all types of commercial property transactions including the acquisition of office, industrial development, retail, joint ventures and all aspects of business landlord and tenant.

Education and career
Lindsey was educated at Vanden in Brighton and graduated from the University of Wales, University College Cardiff with LLB Honours. She trained and worked in the City for a number of years before moving in-house to act on behalf of a major 100 company. She joined Steele Raymond LLP in 1998.
