Position and specialisations

Nick is a Partner in the Company/Commercial Department. Nick is experienced in dealing with a variety of company & commercial law transactions including acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations. Nick is also involved in general company/commercial legal matters including Intellectual Property, Employment and Company Formation.

Education and career
Nick initially joined the firm in 2002 as a result of the Steele Raymond LLP Bursary and Placement Award and worked within the firm until 2003.  He then completed his undergraduate Business Law (LL.B) degree at Bournemouth University and went on to study for a year at the University of Nottingham gaining a masters degree (LL.M) in Commercial Law.  Nick then completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in Leeds, graduating in July 2006. He rejoined the firm in September 2006, qualified as a solicitor in March 2008, became an associate in April 2011, he was then promoted to Senior Associate in December 2011 and became a Partner in January 2013.

Nick lives in Bournemouth and enjoys trying to keep fit, travelling, and socialising with friends.
