Position and specialisations
Paul Causton is a consultant and Head of the Taxation Team. He is a Chartered Tax Adviser and a member of the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners. His main areas of practice relate to Tax Planning for individuals, Trusts and Family Businesses and include Onshore and Offshore Trusts, planning for Capital Taxes, Tax efficient structures and Products, non domiciliaries and non residents. He lectures on various taxation topics.

Education and career
Paul was educated at The Kings School Ottery St Mary followed by a BA hons (classics) in London. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1974 and CTA in 1994. In April 2013 he obtained the STEP Advanced Certificate in the UK Taxation of International Clients.

Personal information
Paul was born in 1947 and lives near Wimborne. His interests include rock climbing, walking, skiing and historical research. Paul is a member of Rotary.
