Position and specialisations
Emma is a Senior Associate in the Property Team based in our Bournemouth Office. She works on all aspects of commercial property and in addition is a specialist social housing and development solicitor (both residential & commercial) and is experienced in working for commerical land owners, house builders and registered providers of social housing in the development and social housing sectors. Emma is experienced in dealing with planning and infrastructure agreements providing a full services from initial site acquisition through deliver to sales out of a development site. Emma is recommended for her social housing development work in the 2012 Legal 500 Guide to the legal profession.

Education and career

Emma completed her degree in Classics at Kings College London in 2000 before undertaking her postgraduate degree at the College of Law, Guildford. Emma joined Steele Raymond as a trainee in 2002, qualifying in 2004. She then moved to a top 30 law firm with offices in the South in 2006 to gain experience in a large corporate firm environment. Emma re-joined the firm in February 2013 as a Senior Associate.

Emma was born in 1978 and is married with a young son. She lives in Salisbury. Her leisure interests include music, ski-ing and art.
