I joined the Company Commercial department of Steele Raymond LLP in September 2012 after being awarded the “Steele Raymond LLP Bursary”. As a placement student I have successfully completed the first two years of my Law degree at Bournemouth University.

During the second year of my degree, I was given the opportunity to apply for the Placement offered by the firm based on my 1^st year exam results but also conditional upon those achieved on completion of the second year.

The placement has allowed me to further the skills already learnt during the course of my degree and obtain first hand experience into additional areas of law that I have not yet studied at degree level.

So far the placement has provided me with an invaluable experience that I hope will put me in good stead for the final year of my degree and a future career in the legal profession.
