The Dispute Resolution team provides specialist and experienced advice in all contentious areas of commercial law.  Our focus is to help to solve the problem be it enforcing your rights or defending a claim. In corporate disputes we are an extension of the clients team. We work with clients' accountants and other professional organisations.

The Dispute Resolution team's approach is to obtain the best possible solution for you with recourse to court only if necessary and our partner led team has a breadth of experience in all aspects of commercial disputes including, insolvency, director, shareholder, partnerships and regulatory disputes.

In addition, two members of the department are experienced in commercial property disputes, handling all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant from possession of property to enforcements of property rights.

Steele Raymond LLP is quality conscious, the Dispute Resolution team having initiated and directed the firm's accreditation to ISO 9001:2008 standard.  Dispute Resolution team members regularly carry out work in the London Courts as well as throughout the UK and are involved in specialist associations such as the Personal Injury Panel, Employment Lawyers’ Association, Society of Practitioners in Insolvency and Family Law Association. The Department also has a CEDR accredited mediator.
